The pricing structure for the service is based on a monthly subscription fee and monthly resource usage.
The resource usage is measured in units of CPU-Hour for CPU and Gigabytes(GB) for network bandwidth usage.
It is based on a pay-as-you-go model and is a value-add on top of Amazon's AWS pricing for EC2, and S3 - which are used as the infrastructure for the Utilify Platform.
Since the actual hardware and infrastructure is governed by the
Amazon SLA, the Utilify Platform for EC2 is able to offer the same level of service.
